All our domestic cleaning service staff must have two written references which we fully check, identification, proof of address, permission to work in England, and a good level of English.

Cleaning staff testing

They must then pass our practical, oral and written domestic cleaning and ironing service tests. These have been carefully developed to ensure we only get the best domestic cleaning service staff.

Cleaning Staff Training

Should they have managed to get this far, they then go through our domestic cleaning company training course just to ensure that they are prepared for every possible situation, and it is amazing all the different scenarios we have run into over the years.

Cleaning Staff Monitoring

Only about 1 in 45 domestic cleaning applicants manage to get this far, and then they are regularly monitored.

Service

You can change your regular domestic cleaning service staff whenever you choose, have a temporary ones to cover your regular cleaning staff's holiday and if they are sick.

This is all done by your dedicated team of London domestic cleaning company advisors who ensure you get all the service, help and support you need.

All our cleaners are classified as self employed and consequently, their income does not require them to be VAT registered. And because they are not employed by us, we are not required to pay their National Insurance contributions, which enables us to reflect these savings in our competitive pricing system.

To cancel your contract with us at any time, all we ask is four weeks notice in writing, and to ensure that you obtain maximum benefit, we suggest you arrange for this to coincide with the end of your current quarterly payment.
